We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, intimatewear that has been worn, washed, or is missing tags cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact customer care within 48 hours with photos—we will help with a replacement or refund.
